I've got a calf that has been doing great about 4 weeks old,This morning he was down shivering ,I gave him a shot of tylan and brought him in the house wrapped in blankets in my morning room ,is there anything else I can Do?????Pat

If it's a respiratory infection, Tylan is a good one to use.  If the calf does not have diarrhea, then keeping it dry and warm is probably the best you can do for it, along with a course of tylan.  Be aware Tylan is darned hard on tissue so if you give it a shot in the hind leg it's going to be limping from the effects of the shot for awhile.

If it has diarrhea, then you'll need to give it something like Kao-pectate to stop the scours.

Shivering sounds like a pneumonia type illness, however.  I'd say for the time being you are doing the right thing.  Just watch it and see how it does and give it good nursing care.
